byTiMo was founded by Tine, who has instilled women empowerment values in the brand, which works closely with the Women’s Shelters in Oslo, giving complete clothing packages to girls in crisis. Their e-commerce site is operated by women who have been victims of difficult life circumstances, with help from the City Mission. When you shop at byTiMo.no, you are making a direct difference in another woman’s life. Additionally, in 2018 they helped start the non-profit social innovation project “Ni en More” in Juarez, Mexico. They taught local women the skill of sowing and gave them a safe working environment
