Every pair of Nudie Jeans comes with a promise of free repairs forever. They also offer their customers 20% off a new pair of jeans when handing in an old pair of Nudie Jeans. The jeans that they sell again in our Re-use range are washed and then repaired if needed, and ready to become a new customer’s favorite pair. If the jeans cannot be re-used then it is recycled

Through Chetna Coalition Nudie Jeans has supported the local community over the years, for example by donating computers to the school for the farmers’ children, and support to other social projects related to the school

Nudie Jeans is part of Fair Wear Foundation. Around 60% of their garments are made in Europe where wages are considered to be in line with or above the cost for basic standards of living such as food, health care, and education. On a regular basis, they conduct social audits and follow-ups at all their production facilities. The audits are made to guarantee that standards are followed and to find where improvements can be made. Their Code of conduct applies to all suppliers and subcontractors involved in their production. It makes no difference to them if suppliers are located in a high-risk country or a low-risk country

Nudie Jeans has joined the Swedish Textile Initiative for Climate Action (STICA) and started the work of mapping their business emissions. They follow the Greenhouse Gas Protocol methodology for their emissions mapping, which means they cover scope 1, 2, and 3: their own emissions and energy use, as well as the emissions of the full supply chain and user phase

Products ordered from the online shop are delivered in plastic bags made from RELDPE and RE-HDPE, which is a recycled plastic containing around 40–80% recycled materials
