The jaguar is Mexico’s most emblematic species for conservation due to its millenary significance and its interdependence with the survival of local ecosystems. Unfortunately, more than 80% of the original jaguar population in Mexico has disappeared. To recover and preserve the jaguar, Sentient teamed up with Naturalia, a Mexican environmental non-profit that initiated Operation Jaguar, which aims to keep this feline free within private reserves.
