Amazing project in the eyewear section. Very cool design and lovely usage of plastic junk.

What the brand can prove
!

Junk's packaging is 100% plastic-free. It is made of a cardboard box sealed with paper tape and filled in with paper wrapping

Junk glasses are all made with Econyl regenerated nylon; this material performs exactly as virgin nylon, but it is made from waste, otherwise polluting the Earth, such as fishing nets, fabric scraps, and carpets. The process starts rescuing waste all over the world; through a radical regeneration and purification process, the nylon waste is recycled right back to its original purity; Econyl regenerated nylon is processed in plastic pellet and finally molded in high-grade green eyewear

Junk glasses are made in Cadore, Italy, the famous Italian production district for eyewear

Junk collection is made of continuative items only; we do not launch seasonal collections

The recycled material is designed afresh into eyewear and enhanced with precious metal to ensure value is added back into the product, thus providing final consumers with fewer options to turn it back to waste

They recover value from wasted plastic materials: it is a brand of high-grade eyewear made from regenerated nylon and embellished with silver metal to remind us of its value.
