Toms is B Corp certified , meaning they’re legally permitted to consider the impact of their decisions on their workers, customers, suppliers, community, and the environment. They are also a proud member of the Fair Labor Association, which holds its members to a higher level of workforce accountability. Plus, they engage third-party auditors, such as Elevate, to make sure the factories are meeting their CSR requirements

Toms continues to source 100% of their packaging from sustainably managed forests and ensure they are made with at least 80% recycled materials

At TOMS they incorporate many footwear eco materials and processes, such as organic cotton, REPREVE® recycled polyester, plant dyed canvas, and biodegradable frames. They strive for transparency, and to implement policies that support a positive impact on both their workforce and planet as a B Corp certified company
