At Raven + Lily we design beautifully handcrafted bags, jewelry and homeware using natural and sustainable materials. Our international design team champions longevity over fleeting trends, drawing from over 50 years combined experience in the luxury market. Inspired by nature, we collaborate with women artisans around the world to bring our designs to life. Our predominantly female team aspires to work in artisan communities that aren't always celebrated by the fashion industry.

Raven + Lily ships with environmentally-friendly packaging and they offset shipping-related CO2 emissions by purchasing carbon credits. Orders are packed with recyclable, repurposed materials to make sure items are delivered safely and without damage. They also explicitly suggest to the consumers to recycle or repurpose the materials for future use after they leave our warehouse to continue its lifecycle

Raven + Lily is a Certified B Corporation and a member of the Fair Trade Federation since 2013, with more than ten years in business, which is recognized by consumers as a trusted mark of dedication to fair trade practices. They offer everyone living wages, zero-tolerance for discrimination and harassment, and a respectful workplace, whether they are employed directly by the company or their artisan partners

At Raven + Lily they give 1% of their sales back to organizations that invest in the communities of their area. Projects they support include: Women's Fund at the Austin Community Foundation, which supports the economic security of women in Central Texas; the SAFE Alliance, which serves survivors of abuse and domestic violence in Austin; and local and national organizations that support Black Lives Matter including NAACP, Reclaim the Block, and the African American Youth Harvest Foundation

Raven + Lily is 100% women-led and 90% of their headquarters team are women. They believe in creating economic opportunities for women, bolstering mothers with flexible working hours, and offering a considerate and respectful work environment.
