He believes it is "not normal to buy winter clothes in May. And it’s not respectful to the customer who buys at full price to see it marked down 50 percent six weeks later"

Regarding returns, you will receive an email on the 9th and 12th day of your rental period. You can always decide to keep the items for another rental period of 2 weeks, in this case, you just need to reply to the email ‘I want to keep my order for longer'.
If you want to return your order, just use the return label from the pacakge and send it back to Palanta.
