Regarding returns, you will receive an email on the 9th and 12th day of your rental period. You can always decide to keep the items for another rental period of 2 weeks, in this case, you just need to reply to the email ‘I want to keep my order for longer'.
If you want to return your order, just use the return label from the pacakge and send it back to Palanta.
