Ninety Percent's 'Jasmin' dress is cut from a blend of organic cotton and SeaCell™ Lyocell - the biodegradable yarn is produced in a closed-loop system from seaweed and wood, using less energy, resources and chemical treatment than traditional practices. It's ribbed to accentuate the close fit and has a low scooped neckline and generous side split.

Organic cotton is cotton grown in pesticide-free environments, with sustainability in mind. 

Organic cotton farmers can keep soil healthy for longer, as the fertility of the soil is not compromised. This also means they only grow GMO-free seeds. Additionally, organic cotton farmers do not have to expose themselves to harmful chemicals, prioritizing workers' health, the health of the people in their communities, and the natural ecosystems they operate in. 

Organic cotton is a bio-based material, making it biodegradable, fully composting after it has retired from use.

Organic cotton is a sustainable solution as it is grown without the use of pesticides, from seeds which have not been genetically modified, unlike regular cotton. It is also more sustainable for cotton farmers, protects their land and is more respectful for people. 

TENCEL™ branded lyocell and modal fibers are created from sustainably sourced wood, using pulp as raw material. The fabric is produced using an environmentally responsible closed loop production process, meaning its solvent has a recovery rate of more than 99%, so no chemical or organic waste is produced in the process.
