Vanilia believes a living wage is a basic right for everyone and works with BSCI and BEPI Amfori to ensure this. Vanilia provides a living wage in their own factory in Turkey. Making wages at suppliers negotiable (also deeper in their chain), offering training and working towards liveability are therefore one of the main objectives of the brand

Roos Vineyard
