The Level curates vintage and pre-loved clothing, hand picked from many different sources. The pieces are cleaned and repaired to achieve the highest standard possible; any imperfection is stated in the description. After care is also provided by the brand

The Level uses FSC approved Kraft paper mailers and boxes made using 70% recycled material, secured with biodegradable paper tape. The hangtags are made using recycled paper stock, bio-based inks and natural cord material and all packing slips are printed on recycled paper using a refillable tank printer
