What the brand can prove
!

Ryley's garments are locally made in a factory in East London. Their materials include fabrics made of 100% pre-consumer recycled nylon from industrial wastage and polyester made from recycled PET plastic bottles. All fabrics are made and dyed in a leading innovative mill in Italy certified by Bluesign®

Ryley is a small independent brand with less than 10 people building it

Ryley uses recyclable tissue paper that is completely acid-free and FSC Certified with the branded logo printed using a soy-based ink that is made from soybeans. All orders are then packed in biodegradable and 100% compostable mailing bags, made out of cornstarch. That means you can just throw them in with your food scraps and garden waste. If you cut the package open at the dotted line, it can also be re-used.

The brand both collects fabric offcuts from production in order to be re-used in the sampling development process or to keep them for an up-cycling project planned for the future. If your garment gets damaged, Ryley also offers a Repair service. Alternatively, rather than dispose of them, the brand encourages you to return them back to be recycled! As a token of thanks, you will be given a 10% off your next purchase

The brand's philosophy is based on function and design, using recycled waste materials with a garment’s end of life in mind, so that it may be repurposed working towards a circular model
