Recycled nylon is mostly made from post-industrial fabric waste, although it also comes from post-consumer materials such as nylon carpets, tights, and industrial fishing nets.

Recycled nylon offers a great solution to save plastic material from the oceans. It gives nylon waste a second life, contributes to the circular fashion movement, and saves water, energy, and fossil fuel in its process. 

Recycled Nylon is high quality and extremely durable, so nylon is often used for technical, high-performance products. Because of this, recycled nylon can be trusted to last a long time in your closet.

Recycled nylon is endlessly recyclable, so it can be made into a new recycled nylon product when it has retired from use.

A large part of the recycled nylon produced comes from old fishing nets. This is a great solution to save material from the oceans. It also comes from nylon carpets, tights and other products. Recycling nylon is still more expensive than new nylon, but it has many environmental advantages.

Recycled polyester also known as rPET, is created by melting down existing plastic and re-spinning it into new polyester fiber. This fabric can be made from either post-industrial or post-consumer materials. For example, 5 water bottles yield enough fiber for one extra large T-shirt. This material repurposes existing plastic that would otherwise end up in the landfill or the ocean. 

Recycled polyester’s sustainable production requires low resources and energy to produce, and contributes low CO2 emissions. It also reduces the need to extract crude oil and natural gas from the ground to make more plastic, which is much better for the Earth.

Recycled polyester has not much difference from virgin polyester. It exhibits high strength, durability, versatility, and performance, lasting long in your closet, and surviving expected wear and tear easily.

Garments from recycled polyester aim to be continuously recycled without degradation of quality, allowing for circularity.

A synthetic material. However, instead of utilizing new materials to craft the fabric (i.e. petroleum), recycled polyester makes use of existing plastic.

If the supplier offers free returns, a Free Post sticker or code will be included in the packaging. If the supplier does not offer free returns, you are responsible for packaging up the item and posting it back at your own cost

Apple skin is a leather substitute and, as it sounds, is made with scraps left over from the food industry, composed of a minimum of 50% apple skin and core waste. 

With this innovative fabric, you can give food scraps a new life, and in doing so you save resources and energy. 
Apple Skin uses vegan tanning processes, where few toxic chemicals are used. 

In the composition, there is also PU, a plastic material. Wait, isn’t plastic a bad thing? Currently, it is necessary to make apple skin leather a durable material that will last for ages even with frequent usage. 

When you choose substitutes like apple skin, you are totally taking part in the advancement of technologies for bio-based materials like it.
